What to know before you build where you live.
Permits, height limits and terrain change from one city to the next. Here is what we tell homeowners in these six towns. We confirm the rules for your exact address at the estimate and handle the permit once the job is awarded.
- Bella Vista
- Wooded lots, creeks and steep grades. Projects here often need a city permit and ACC approval, and we handle both applications for you. Chain link often suits the steepest ground.
- Bentonville
- Many new fences need a city permit, and we submit the paperwork for you once the job is awarded. Individual neighborhood HOAs may have their own guidelines, so bring them to the estimate.
- Springdale
- Our home town, and where the shop is. When a permit applies we help with the submission through the city building department, and neighborhood HOAs may add their own rules.
- Fayetteville
- Sloped lots and elevation changes are common here, so we build custom on site and design gates to work on a grade. Whether a permit applies can depend on height, placement and slope, and we confirm it for you.
- Rogers
- Whether a fence here needs a city permit depends on height, placement and neighborhood. We confirm what applies to your property and handle the paperwork.
- Centerton
- Permits may be required depending on fence height or location, and certain subdivisions or HOAs set their own limits. We confirm what applies to your property before we build.
