Chapter 01
Dumpster enclosures nobody has to look at
Everyone needs a dumpster, but no one wants to look at them. That is the whole job of a dumpster enclosure: put the dumpster behind something that belongs on the property, and make it work every week of the year when the hauler pulls in.
Our enclosures run cedar infill panels in black steel frames, with double gates across the front. We have built them in parking lots in Fayetteville and around Northwest Arkansas. The steel carries the load, and the cedar gives the enclosure a finished face that matches the rest of the site.

Perimeter chain link that holds the line
For a yard, a lot, a drainage area or an industrial and business complex, chain link is still the workhorse. We install it galvanized, or vinyl-coated in black, green and brown. Residential fences usually run 4 and 5 feet. Commercial runs are more often 6 feet.
Privacy slats close the view when you need them to, and the gates are sized to the traffic: walk gates, double gates, drive gates and commercial access gates. A run that has to open for a delivery truck is built differently from one that only needs to keep a lot closed, and the estimate settles which one you need.
Chapter 03
Ballfields, playgrounds and access gates
Not every commercial fence hides something. Some of them just have to hold a line and open when people need them to.
We have fenced ballfield backstops with covered dugouts in galvanized chain link, and ornamental iron around a commercial playground beside a building. Both are jobs where the gates matter as much as the run, because the gate is where people and equipment actually move through. The same rule applies here as at a home: 6x6 posts to hinge from, three hinges and long screws.
If the frontage should look better than chain link, our ornamental iron fences are built to the same standard.

Privacy Fence, Inc holds Arkansas contractor license 0156100427, a commercial license with an unlimited bid limit, in fencing, gates and carpentry, plus a general liability and workers' compensation license. We are happy to provide proof of insurance on request.
Once a project is awarded we handle the permit process, and we call Arkansas 811 to have underground utilities marked before any digging. Every fence we install carries a one-year workmanship warranty. We have been building in Springdale and across Northwest Arkansas since 2003.
