Privacy Fence is a locally owned and family operated fencing company in Springdale, Arkansas. We started in 2003, and this year is our 23rd. Whatever the job is, a new install, a repair or maintenance, you get personal attention on every project.
Homeowners have always been the backbone of what we do, and we like working with them. Customer service has been our number one goal from day one, through the good years and the hard ones. We build customized privacy fences for homeowners and business owners alike, across Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville and the rest of Northwest Arkansas. Estimates are done by Alan. He comes out to the property, listens to what you want, lays out the options and explains the process from permit to last board. Customers mention him by name in their Google reviews.
How we work
Built on site, from materials we stock, to a standard we can state.
- Built custom, on site
- No pre-fabricated panels. Every run is measured and built where it stands, so the fence follows your ground and does not leave the big gaps at the bottom that panels leave on a slope.
- Bought in bulk, loaded before we arrive
- We buy materials in bulk and store them at our facility. Everything your job needs is on the truck before the crew pulls up, so nothing gets missed and nothing shows up as a surprise charge.
- Pine rails and posts, unless you say otherwise
- Our standard is pressure-treated pine rails and posts. Eastern and western cedar are stocked when you want them, and hot-dipped galvanized ring-shank nails hold the boards.
- Gates that are built to swing
- A gate hinges from a 6-inch by 6-inch post, hangs on three hinges instead of two, and is fastened with 4-inch screws instead of the 2-inch screws that come in the gate kit.
- The paperwork is ours
- Once a job is awarded we handle the permit process, and before any digging we call Arkansas 811 to have underground utilities marked. Every job, no exceptions.
- The old fence leaves with us
- Old fencing goes back to our facility and on to a Class 4 construction material landfill. We never burn it.
